So much of what our body does for us everyday, we don’t know about, or even have to think about… The beating of our heart and the digestion of our food are all taken care of by these miraculous human organisms. Everything they do for us, conscious and unconscious, is to help us thrive and survive, though we’re never really taught how they work…Â
The aim of practicing Yoga is to understand how muscle, bones and fascia shape us and how we can bring movement into our everyday…Â
Additionally, to explore the areas where the subconscious and conscious intersect, where emotion and energetic lines all cross over to make yoga something much more than just moving your body in space
